WP Super Edit

WP Super Edit is a WordPress plugin designed to give some control over the visual / wysiwyg editor and add some functionality without modifying the WordPress source code.
“What Was I Thinking?”

WordPress uses the TinyMCE  javascript based HTML editor. If you think using an HTML document to edit other HTML documents is crazy then your probably right and it was all a bad dream.

Please visit Using WP Super Edit for in depth documentation including installation, usage, and notes for non-English languages.

TinyMCE has it’s own plugin system that will allow you to add features and buttons for just about anything you want… If you are willing to create it. WP Super Edit bundles some useful TinyMCE plugins and gives access to built in buttons and functions.

What it CAN’T do

WP Super Edit will not make you better at writing HTML. In fact you can encounter bugs, so you should be aware of what these options are, and what they do. BTW. It won’t make you better looking either.
